Thanks, Mark.  All of your help and guidance over the years has meant a lot to us.  I’m sure you don’t think much of it, since you only see us every 6-12 months, and hear of us through Louie.  But you’ve been a bigger part of our lives than your probably know.  Owning a car is such an important part of modern life, and it’s so difficult to find the right person to maintain and repair your vehicles.  Having had you as a resource has been a source of stability and reassurance for not only us, but the 6-12 people we’ve referred to you.  Everyone that comes back from seeing you has a different look in their eye, like “I didn’t know a mechanic could be THAT helpful and reassuring.”  I know it sounds like hyperbole, but really, what you do is amazing.  Thanks so much for being a part of our lives, and being such a great person to be around. -Travis and Heather
