We perform complete ASE Certified Master automotive repair and maintenance on domestic, Asian, and popular European models. Specializing in electronics, computer and fuel systems diagnosis and repair, we enjoy solving those really tough diagnostic problems that no-one else has been able to find! Whether it is one of our specialties, or routine maintenance and repair, we will do it all with the upmost care and attention. In the unlikely event there is something we choose not to do, we will find you a top notch referral, and may even be able to sublet the repair if you wish!
We first opened in 1957 as Del Cerro Service on the corner of Del Cerro Boulevard and College Avenue doing automotive repair and selling Chevron products. Three generations of Johnsons later and we are still going strong! In 2001 we relocated to the Bay Park area where the ocean breezes keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
From I-5, just north of the I-8 interchange, take the Sea World Drive exit. Turn east (you will be on Tecolote Road) and go a short way to Morena Boulevard. Turn left (North) on Morena. After you cross over Knoxville Street, our's is the second driveway on the left. Look for Aamco Transmission as a landmark, we share the same driveway. April and I look forward to seeing you!
